There are a few errors you may encounter while uploading your paystubs. These usually happen if there’s an issue with how the document was uploaded or processed.
Common processing errors:
- Document was unreadable
- The file type or image quality isn’t clear enough (e.g blurry)
- General processing error
If you see there was an error processing your documents, double check the document type, make sure it’s not blurry or cropped, and then resubmit!
